SHIPPING POLICY

***Shipping Policy Changes Currently In Effect***

In Aotearoa we are currently in a level 4 lockdown. This means that shipment of all non-essential items is not permitted. As yarn is considered a non-essential item, any orders will be held until the lockdown is changed to a level 3. This will hopefully be by late April, but may be extended. Please get in touch with any questions.

Items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase and an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. If there will be a delay in shipping, buyers will be notified as soon as possible.

All New Zealand orders are sent via courier with Post Haste with tracking and Signature. If you would like to have your parcel sent with NON-Signature, please notify me of this in the notes section at checkout. However, the buyer bears responsibility for the parcel with Non-Signature. NZ Post is also available on request if courier is an issue.

Australian orders are now shipped via DHL Express at a flat rate fee of $25NZD. Parcels take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive at destination.

United States, Canada & Mexico orders ship via DHL Express at a flat rate fee of $35NZD. Parcels take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive at destination

Rest of World ships via DHL Express at a flat rate fee of $38NZD. Parcels take approximately 2-6 business days to arrive at destination.

Occasionally the shipping provider cannot ship to a destination, or the fee has gone up considerably. If this happens, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your  U N I O N  F I B R E  purchase. If you aren't satisfied with your item(s) I can refund the cost if they are returned in perfect condition as when purchased. I am unable to refund on the shipping costs. The buyer will also have to cover the return postage costs.

If an item is faulty I will be more than happy to refund or replace the item if it is not able to be fixed easily. Please email info@unionfibre.co.nz before returning any items and together we can figure out the best solution.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment methods include Stripe & PayPal. NZ Direct Deposit is available in New Zealand for online special orders.
